Gorilla Technology Shares Edge Higher on $5.6 Billion Opportunity Pipeline

Gorilla Technology Group Inc. (NASDAQ:GRRR) saw its stock climb 2.3% after the AI-driven solutions provider unveiled a detailed business update, spotlighting an active deal pipeline valued at $5.6 billion across 87 separate opportunities.

The company projects closing approximately $1.3 billion in contracts by mid-2026. These will be secured through multi-year agreements ranging from three to fifteen years. According to Gorilla, several major deals have reached the memorandum of understanding (MOU) stage or are in advanced contract negotiations and close to completion.

As part of its growth strategy, Gorilla reaffirmed its collaboration with Hewlett Packard Enterprise (NYSE: HPE) and revealed its designation as an official NVIDIA (NASDAQ: NVDA) solutions provider. The alliance with NVIDIA is expected to strengthen the company’s AI capabilities and bolster its credibility in smart city and law enforcement technology projects.

The company also highlighted progress in international expansion, including advanced discussions for a major smart education rollout in Thailand that would serve more than 6.5 million students. Additionally, Gorilla is actively exploring opportunities with law enforcement agencies along the U.S. East Coast.

Following a recent equity raise of $105 million, Gorilla reported a cash balance of $108 million and manageable low-interest debt of $16.5 million. It also disclosed access to non-dilutive funding options, backed by $200 million in secured term sheets.

The company’s high-profile ONE AMAZON initiative is set to debut during New York Climate Week this September, with revenue contributions expected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2025.
