Corteva announces plan to create two independent companies

Corteva (NYSE:CTVA) has revealed plans to split into two separate entities, separating its Crop Protection and Seed divisions.

The agricultural giant will carry out the separation through a spin-off of its Seed business, the company said in a statement.

The transaction is projected to finalize in the second half of 2026.

Once completed, the split will result in two independent companies, each dedicated to its core area: one focusing on crop protection solutions and the other on seeds.
