OneMedNet Shares Jump, Palantir Rises on Multi-Year AI Healthcare Partnership

OneMedNet Corp (NASDAQ:ONMD) shares surged 41.8%, while Palantir Technologies Inc (NYSE:PLTR) rose 2.9% in premarket trading Monday after the two companies announced a multi-year collaboration aimed at transforming AI and Real-World Data (RWD) analytics in healthcare.

The partnership will combine Palantir’s Artificial Intelligence Platform (AIP) with OneMedNet’s iRWD™ provider network, enabling life sciences firms, medical device makers, and research organizations to access anonymized clinical data alongside powerful AI-driven analytics tools.

OneMedNet’s network spans more than 1,750 healthcare provider sites, offering access to over 5 billion administrative claims and 131 million clinical exams, with a focus on oncology, cardiology, and rare diseases. The collaboration aims to accelerate innovation in diagnostics and treatment by overcoming data accessibility challenges within what analysts estimate to be a $868 billion AI healthcare market opportunity by 2030.

“Palantir’s AIP helps us revolutionize our ability to deliver high-quality, regulatory-compliant data at remarkable speed. This positions us to power breakthroughs in clinical research and AI-driven healthcare solutions,” said Aaron Green, President and CEO of OneMedNet.

The companies said the partnership will deliver technological advancements such as faster data discovery, improved data accuracy, conversational AI search functions, and greater efficiency through automation. The system will also uphold healthcare interoperability standards while ensuring patient data anonymization through OneMedNet’s proprietary AI algorithms.

For OneMedNet, the agreement supports its market expansion goals and the creation of regulatory-grade data cohorts for diagnostics, therapeutics, and precision medicine, while enhancing clinical research through multimodal, longitudinal data integration.
