Fusemachines Inc. (NASDAQ:FUSE) advanced 4.9% on Monday after the enterprise AI company unveiled a fresh partnership with RentRedi, a software platform built for property management.
Through the agreement, RentRedi will incorporate Fusemachines’ AI Studio for Real Estate into its technology stack, enabling the two firms to co-develop AI-driven tools aimed at helping independent landlords streamline operations and better manage rental portfolios.
AI Studio for Real Estate, developed on the broader Fusemachines AI Studio infrastructure, provides capabilities such as multi-agent orchestration, document intelligence, predictive modeling, and end-to-end data science pipelines. The platform is designed to support rapid deployment of real estate-focused AI applications.
“RentRedi is approaching AI with a clear and thoughtful strategy, and we’re excited to complement that with the capabilities of AI Studio for Real Estate,” said Sameer Maskey, Founder & CEO of Fusemachines. “Our agreement represents an important step in helping forward-thinking companies explore AI at scale, without compromising their own vision or roadmap.”
RentRedi Co-Founder & CEO Ryan Barone said the collaboration builds upon the firm’s earlier AI initiatives, including its recently introduced AI-powered onboarding feature.
The partnership is consistent with Fusemachines’ broader push to create sector-specific AI ecosystems that allow companies to adopt and scale artificial intelligence solutions in ways that fit their operational needs.
