Amazon (NASDAQ:AMZN) is reportedly preparing to broaden its U.S. delivery infrastructure and unwind its long-running partnership with the U.S. Postal Service, according to a report from The Washington Post on Thursday.
The newspaper, citing three individuals familiar with the discussions, said the e-commerce giant is moving toward handling a larger share of its own last-mile delivery operations as part of a wider logistics expansion.
