Hyperion DeFi Shares Edge Higher Following Kinetiq Airdrop and New Partnership Activity

Hyperion DeFi Inc. (NASDAQ:HYPD) saw its stock increase 2.2% in premarket trading Thursday after revealing it received nearly 2 million KNTQ tokens through a recent airdrop and continued expanding its network of decentralized finance partnerships.

The company confirmed it received exactly 1,918,478.78 KNTQ tokens from the Kinetiq token generation event held on November 27, 2025. Hyperion cautioned that the token’s trading history remains limited and likely volatile, but noted that KNTQ was priced at $0.145 on the Hyperliquid exchange as of December 3.

Hyperion also secured the right to stake 28,888 HYPE tokens on Markets by Kinetiq, a decentralized exchange, allowing the company to earn 10% of its proportional share of fees generated by trading activity.

In addition, the firm entered into a new partnership with Native Markets to help support USDH, Hyperliquid’s native stablecoin, contributing 300,000 HYPE to the collaboration. This marks Hyperion’s third DeFi monetization initiative, which it believes can deliver returns stronger than those typically achieved through standard staking.

To further reinforce its position, Hyperion purchased an extra 150,000 HYPE tokens, lifting its total holdings to 1,862,195 HYPE.

Looking ahead, the company said it expects adjusted revenue to grow between 31% and 43% quarter-over-quarter in Q4 and reiterated its goal of reaching positive operating cash flow in 2026.
