Avalon GloboCare Corp. (NASDAQ:ALBT) shares skyrocketed more than 138% in premarket trading Thursday after the company revealed it had been accepted into the Advanced Micro Devices AI Developer Program, a move aimed at accelerating its artificial intelligence development initiatives.
Through the program, Avalon will gain access to AMD Developer Cloud credits, specialized development tools, technical training, and a broader developer ecosystem designed to support AI innovation. The company plans to deploy these resources via its AI-focused subsidiary, Avalon Quantum AI LLC (AQAI), as it expands automated video commentary systems and prepares enterprise documentation solutions.
Membership in the AMD AI Developer Program provides access to high-performance computing infrastructure powered by AMD Instinct accelerators and EPYC processors. Avalon expects these capabilities to improve model training performance, increase inference efficiency, and support scaling of large language and multimodal AI models used within AQAI’s platform.
AQAI is currently developing several AI-driven applications, including automated commentary video generation constrained by verified data, AI-assisted drafting tools for corporate communications, enterprise compliance and workflow automation systems, and adaptive content generation tailored to different audiences.

The AMD initiative offers participating companies access to cloud-based computing resources, development support, and community collaboration opportunities. Enrollment is free and open to developers building or optimizing AI solutions using AMD technologies.
