Enovis tops profit expectations but revenue falls short

Enovis Corporation (NYSE:ENOV) reported fourth-quarter results on Thursday that beat earnings forecasts but missed revenue expectations, leaving the medical technology company’s shares little changed in after-hours trading.

Adjusted earnings per share came in at $0.95, exceeding analyst estimates of $0.82 by $0.13. Revenue totaled $575.7 million, however, below the consensus forecast of $584.71 million.

Sales increased 3% year over year on a reported basis and rose 2% organically compared with the same period in 2024.

For the full year 2025, Enovis generated revenue of $2.2 billion, representing growth of 7% on a reported basis and 6% organically.

Performance was led by the Reconstructive segment, where sales climbed 10% year over year on a reported basis and 8% organically. The Prevention & Recovery division also posted steady gains, with revenue rising 4% both on a reported and organic basis.

The stock showed minimal reaction following the earnings release.

Looking ahead, Enovis projected fiscal 2026 revenue between $2.31 billion and $2.37 billion, with the midpoint of $2.34 billion slightly below analyst expectations of $2.36 billion. The outlook implies organic revenue growth of 4% to 6%.

The company expects adjusted EBITDA in the range of $425 million to $435 million and adjusted earnings per share between $3.52 and $3.73.

“Our 2025 performance reflects a year of meaningful operational progress for the Company,” said Damien McDonald, Chief Executive Officer. “We advanced our second-year Lima integration priorities, operated effectively in a dynamic global environment, and continued to demonstrate above-market organic growth with sustainable year-over-year operating improvements which included positive free cash flow and debt reduction.”

Enovis reported a GAAP net loss from continuing operations of $519 million in the fourth quarter, largely driven by a $501 million non-cash goodwill impairment charge. For the full year, adjusted EBITDA totaled $403 million.
