OneMedNet Corporation (NASDAQ:ONMD) said it is advancing the commercial rollout of its real-world data (RWD) platform built on Palantir Foundry, as the company shifts from customer evaluations toward paid subscriptions following initial demonstrations late last year.
The healthcare data company said the latest phase of the launch follows a November 10, 2025 showcase at major industry conferences, where it presented live data feeds, subscription-based access, and AI-driven search capabilities. Since then, OneMedNet has been converting pilot users and evaluations into commercial agreements, with early adoption highlighting improvements in performance, speed, and analytical capabilities for healthcare and life sciences customers.
According to the company, the launch is helping accelerate subscription growth, including multi-year contracts expected to contribute millions of dollars in recurring revenue. Adoption is expanding among pharmaceutical companies, research organizations, and AI-focused healthcare innovators seeking access to regulatory-grade real-world evidence.
The platform operates through OneMedNet’s iRWD™ network, which now connects more than 2,130 healthcare sites. As the network expands and incorporates additional multimodal datasets, the company said the value of subscriptions increases through broader data diversity, deeper historical coverage, and faster access to insights.
Feedback gathered from customer evaluations conducted since fall 2025 highlighted several strengths, including deeper analytics across integrated clinical and longitudinal datasets, faster cohort identification and feasibility analysis, simplified workflows, and quicker onboarding of new data partners.
For investors, the company said the commercial rollout supports its transition toward a high-margin recurring revenue model. Management noted that conversions from trial evaluations to multi-year subscription agreements are already underway and are expected to generate predictable revenue growth and increased annual recurring revenue as adoption widens.
For customers, the platform is designed to provide near real-time access to multimodal healthcare data, AI-powered search tools capable of identifying complex clinical insights, and accelerated research workflows that reduce the time required to build study cohorts from weeks to minutes. The system is also intended to support real-world evidence study design, regulatory submissions, and clinical research development.
OneMedNet said each dataset integrated into the iRWD platform remains continuously connected to its original source, enabling live updates rather than static data transfers. The company said subscriptions provide longitudinal datasets covering more than 20 years of historical information while continuing to update data for at least three years forward, supporting ongoing analytics, AI model development, and evidence generation.
“OneMedNet’s platform is redefining how organizations access and operationalize real-world data through the continued expansion of our products and solutions,” said Aaron Green, CEO & President. “Customer feedback has reinforced the platform’s performance, speed, and depth of discovery. We believe this traction validates our strategy of combining conversational AI-driven search with scalable, prospective data feeds, strengthening customer confidence as we expand subscriptions and deliver fast, intuitive value for Real-World evidence generation.”
