Shares of Coupang (NYSE:CPNG) gained as much as 3.4% in premarket trading on Wednesday after the company announced a partnership with Nvidia aimed at developing an artificial intelligence platform to enhance its e-commerce logistics and delivery network.
According to a company statement, the initiative will leverage Coupang’s Intelligent Cloud infrastructure to establish a self-service AI environment that allows engineers and data specialists to rapidly develop, test and deploy new models across the company’s global operations.
Coupang said it will also act as a launch partner for Nvidia’s Dynamo, an open-source software platform designed for agentic inference that aims to deliver greater scalability, efficiency and processing speed.
