CrowdStrike expands Falcon Flex model to include cybersecurity services

CrowdStrike Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ:CRWD) announced the introduction of Flex for Services, extending its Falcon Flex licensing model to cover its cybersecurity services portfolio. The company also unveiled a Zero Dollar Flex Fund designed for eligible new customers.

Under the Flex for Services model, organizations can access offerings such as threat hunting, red teaming, readiness assessments, AI advisory support and incident response through a shared pool of service hours. This service structure operates separately from subscriptions to the Falcon cybersecurity platform.

CrowdStrike said its Falcon Flex program reached $1.69 billion in ending annual recurring revenue in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2026, reflecting year-over-year growth of more than 120%.

The newly launched Zero Dollar Flex Fund will provide qualifying new services customers with 200 hours of CrowdStrike services at no upfront cost for a limited period. The allocation includes 160 hours dedicated to incident response and 40 hours focused on proactive security services.

“Flex for Services extends that model to security services, shifting the consumption model from hours to outcomes,” said Tom Etheridge, chief global services officer at CrowdStrike.

According to the company, the flexible services model also enables partners such as system integrators, managed service providers and incident response specialists to deliver consumption-based cybersecurity services to their clients.

Robb Mayeski, global head of CrowdStrike Services at Kroll, said the approach “unlocks greater value for our customers, giving them the flexibility to consume the expert services they need as their risk profiles change.”

CrowdStrike announced the initiative during the RSA Conference, according to a company press release.
