3D Systems unveils new dual-laser printer and factory software at RAPID + TCT

3D Systems Corporation (NYSE:DDD) introduced its latest SLA 825 Dual stereolithography system alongside the AddiTrak software platform at the RAPID + TCT 2026 event in Boston.

The SLA 825 Dual offers a 22% increase in build volume and delivers up to 25% faster production speeds compared to earlier models. It is aimed at high-throughput manufacturing settings and is suited for applications such as motorsports components, precision prototyping, and investment casting patterns.

AddiTrak, the company’s new on-premises software solution, enables centralized monitoring and data analytics across fleets of 3D printers. The platform supports Industry 4.0 standards including MTConnect and OPC UA, and works alongside 3D Systems’ 3D Sprint software to provide a fully integrated workflow.

The company also highlighted its collaboration with Eureka Pumps AS, which uses 3D Systems’ Direct Metal Printing technology to produce large metal spare parts on demand—helping to address challenges such as part obsolescence and long lead times in industrial operations.

“Over the past several years, we’ve made disciplined investments to refresh our portfolio and focus on manufacturing applications where additive delivers the greatest value,” said Dr. Jeff Graves, President and CEO of 3D Systems.

These launches align with the company’s broader strategy to expand beyond prototyping into scalable manufacturing solutions that combine hardware, software, materials, and application expertise.

3D Systems is presenting the new offerings at Booth #1801 during RAPID + TCT 2026, which runs through April 16 in Boston, and will also take part in conference sessions focused on investment casting and the AddiTrak platform.
