CrowdStrike (NASDAQ:CRWD) has been named a Customers’ Choice in the 2026 Gartner Peer Insights “Voice of the Customer” report for Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), reflecting strong user feedback and high satisfaction levels.
The company said it received the highest number of five-star ratings and the most verified reviews among vendors in the report, based on 278 responses as of January 31, 2026.
The recognition comes as organizations face increasingly complex, AI-driven cyber threats across expanding data environments. CrowdStrike highlighted its Falcon Next-Gen SIEM platform as a key differentiator, emphasizing its detection capabilities, cost efficiency and role in modernizing security operations centers.
“Legacy SIEM was built for a threat environment that no longer exists, and the cost and complexity of maintaining it has become an operational and security liability,” said Ajit Sancheti, general manager of Falcon Next-Gen SIEM at CrowdStrike. “Falcon Next-Gen SIEM has proven itself a scaled market disruptor, with performance, ease of deployment, and cost advantages that set it apart from legacy competitors, and agentic workflows that are powering the SOC of the future. This recognition reflects what that platform consolidation looks like at scale.”
CrowdStrike said its cloud-native Falcon platform integrates artificial intelligence, real-time threat intelligence and enterprise-wide telemetry to deliver detection, protection and response capabilities. The platform is designed to offer scalable deployment, reduced complexity and faster time-to-value compared with traditional security systems.
