Auddia (NASDAQ:AUUD) announced that the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office has granted approval for LT350’s 14th patent, further strengthening the intellectual property behind its distributed AI infrastructure platform.
The newly approved patent enhances LT350’s proprietary canopy-based deployment model, which allows high-density AI computing systems to be installed in unused airspace above existing parking facilities.
Expanding intellectual property portfolio
With this addition, LT350’s portfolio now consists of 16 issued and pending patents spanning a wide range of technologies, including canopy structures, modular compute cartridges, battery systems, closed-loop cooling, power-aware operations, distributed mesh networking, and integrated mobility and logistics solutions.
Role in proposed business combination
LT350 is one of three emerging businesses that could be merged with Auddia under the proposed McCarthy Finney holding company, contingent on the completion of Auddia’s previously announced business combination with Thramann Holdings.
