Marriott and Coca-Cola announce global beverage partnership (MAR)

Coca-Cola to become Marriott’s worldwide beverage supplier

Marriott International (NASDAQ:MAR) and The Coca-Cola Company (NYSE:KO) have entered into a global beverage supply agreement that will see Coca-Cola products introduced across Marriott’s worldwide hotel portfolio.

According to a joint announcement released on July 1, 2026, Coca-Cola will become Marriott’s global beverage partner across multiple categories, including carbonated soft drinks, hydration products and functional beverages.

Rollout to span nearly 10,000 hotels

Implementation of the agreement began on July 1 and will be phased in over the coming months across Marriott’s network of approximately 10,000 hotels operating in 146 countries and territories.

Guests will have access to Coca-Cola beverages throughout their stay, with products available in guestrooms, restaurants, lounges, as well as during meetings and events.

The partnership was developed in collaboration with Hot Shoppe Services International, Marriott’s global procurement organisation.

Companies highlight guest experience and operational benefits

Anthony Capuano, President and CEO of Marriott International, said the agreement is designed to “better meeting guest preferences, and creating economic benefits for owners and franchise operators across our system.”

Henrique Braun, CEO of The Coca-Cola Company, said the partnership will provide travellers with “options for their beverage needs throughout their entire visit,” including sparkling drinks, juices, hydration beverages and dairy products.

Global agreement expands long-term collaboration

The new partnership strengthens the commercial relationship between Marriott and Coca-Cola while broadening beverage offerings across one of the world’s largest hotel groups.

The companies expect the global rollout to enhance guest choice while supporting Marriott’s hotel owners and franchisees through a standardised beverage programme.
