OFA Group (NASDAQ:OFAL) shares rose 16% in pre-market trading on Friday after the company reported that its QikBIM artificial intelligence platform had generated more than 281,000 views and secured its first paying subscribers within 90 days of commercial launch.
The Torrance, California-based architecture, engineering and technology company said QikBIM recorded 281,665 content views and reached 186,637 architecture, engineering and construction professionals during an eight-day campaign.
According to OFA Group, the campaign resulted in an 830% increase in website visitors and a 565% rise in sessions. Nearly 98% of the views came from professionals who had not previously interacted with the platform.
QikBIM Campaign Generates First Subscription Revenue
QikBIM is designed to convert design inputs and two-dimensional drawings into coordinated architectural drawings, structural plans and Building Information Modeling outputs.
OFA Group said the platform can produce coordinated BIM outputs up to 10 times faster than traditional workflows and potentially reduce production time by as much as 80%.
A paid campaign launched on Meta platforms in late July generated 224,988 impressions and 4,682 link clicks to QikBIM.com over eight days, representing a click-through rate of 2.08%. The company said this compared with commonly cited Meta advertising averages of approximately 1%.
QikBIM secured its first paying subscribers directly through the July campaign, generating the platform’s first subscription revenue. OFA Group also reported that registered users increased 75% period over period through July 14.
QikBIM Attracts Users From Six Countries
QikBIM is offered with a 30-day free trial and an unlimited monthly subscription.
Within three weeks of launch, the platform’s website attracted visitors from six countries: the United States, Hong Kong, the United Kingdom, India, Germany and Italy.
“QikBIM went from zero to more than a quarter of a million views in ninety days,” said Larry Wong, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of OFA Group.
The latest figures provide initial data on QikBIM’s commercial rollout as OFA Group continues to develop the platform and its subscription model.
