Frequency Electronics Q1 Revenue Rises 70% to Record $23.5 Million

Frequency Electronics (NASDAQ:FEIM) shares rose 30.5% in premarket trading after the company reported fiscal first-quarter 2027 revenue and earnings above analyst expectations.

Revenue for the quarter ended July 31, 2026, increased 70% year on year to a company record of $23.5 million. Revenue was also 52% higher sequentially.

Adjusted earnings per share were $0.41, compared with the analyst consensus estimate of $0.29 cited in the source.

Gross margin reached 45.8%, while operating margin was 22%.

Funded Backlog Reaches Record $129 Million
