One Stop Systems (NASDAQ:OSS) shares rose 3.3% in premarket trading on Wednesday after the company announced a $400,000 contract from a US prime defence contractor for missile defence simulation applications.
The contract covers the company’s latest-generation 4UP Max PCIe expansion platform, configured with eight NVIDIA RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell graphics processing units (GPUs).
The system will support modelling and simulation of US missile defence systems for the US Missile Defense Agency.
Contract Covers First Deployment of New Configuration
The award represents the first deployment of this particular 4UP Max configuration with the customer.
One Stop Systems said the installation will provide an upgrade to the computing technology used for missile defence modelling and simulation.
The 4UP Max platform supports up to eight high-performance PCIe accelerators and is designed for computing-intensive enterprise and artificial intelligence applications.
The configuration supplied under the contract incorporates eight NVIDIA RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell GPUs to support simulation workloads.
The company did not disclose the identity of the prime contractor or provide a delivery timetable for the system.

Mike Knowles, president and chief executive officer of One Stop Systems, said the contract reflects the computing requirements associated with modelling complex defence scenarios.
“Advanced missile defense simulation requires significant computing performance to accurately model increasingly complex threats and operating environments,” Knowles said.
“This award demonstrates the value of our latest-generation computing platforms for some of the defense industry’s most demanding simulation workloads and, we believe, further validates our ability to support critical national defense applications.”
Knowles also said the company is experiencing increased demand for high-end simulation environments capable of representing complex threats and operating conditions.
