Boost Run Shares Rise 9.5% After Signing $525.6 Million AI Cloud Services Agreement

Boost Run Inc. (NASDAQ:BRUN) shares rose 9.5% on Tuesday after the company announced a five-year AI cloud services agreement valued at $525.6 million with an unnamed sovereign AI company.

Under the agreement, Boost Run will provide computing capacity using NVIDIA GB300 NVL72 GPUs, along with network storage and CPU node services.

Acceptance of the initial infrastructure is expected to begin in the early part of the second quarter of 2027.

Total Contract Value Exceeds $2.6 Billion

Boost Run said the agreement increases its total contract value to more than $2.6 billion.

The company defines total contract value as the revenue customers have committed to pay over the duration of signed agreements that include upfront payments.

The $525.6 million represents the stated value of the five-year agreement rather than revenue already recognised by Boost Run.

Boost Run to Deploy NVIDIA GB300 Systems

Boost Run operates as an NVIDIA Preferred Cloud Partner and said its infrastructure follows NVIDIA Reference Architecture standards.

The company also said its financing structure is non-dilutive and cited its relationships across the AI infrastructure sector as factors supporting its ability to deploy additional computing capacity. These statements represent the company’s assessment of its financing and operating position.

Founder and Chief Executive Officer Andrew Karos said the agreement represented a step in deploying the company’s financing into contracted revenue. He also said Boost Run’s ability to provide NVIDIA GB300 systems to AI companies demonstrated the diversification of its customer base and GPU fleet.

Boost Run said it intends to continue seeking to convert its pipeline into signed contracts and deploy computing capacity against contracted customer demand.
