Global Entertainment Holdings Highlights PyX Wallets Business Combination and Smart Wallet Development Plans

Global Entertainment Holdings, Inc. (USOTC:GBHL) announced the release of a video interview with PyX Wallets Chief Executive Officer Ryan Contardi, outlining the company’s product development strategy following the recently completed business combination between the two businesses.

The transaction marks Global Entertainment Holdings’ first corporate deal since its court-supervised restoration and return to good standing.

The interview focuses on PyX Wallets’ plans to develop connected smart wallets incorporating biometric authentication, tracking technology and cryptocurrency security features.

PyX Wallets Develops Biometric and Cryptocurrency Security Products

PyX Wallets is developing two flagship products, PyX Core and PyX Vault, designed to combine traditional wallet functionality with digital security technology.

The PyX Core is a premium smart wallet featuring fingerprint authentication, motorised card access, GPS tracking, RFID protection and connectivity with mobile and desktop applications.

The PyX Vault incorporates these features alongside offline cryptocurrency storage, allowing users to manage physical payment cards and protect digital assets through a single device.

Both products form part of the company’s planned direct-to-consumer business model.

“Technology has changed almost everything we do today, but the traditional wallet has largely been left behind,” Contardi said.

He added that PyX aims to combine biometric security, connected technology and premium product design to address demand for more advanced personal security products.

Business Combination Supports Commercialisation Strategy

Contardi said the combination with Global Entertainment Holdings is intended to provide PyX Wallets with access to capital markets and additional strategic resources.

The company plans to use these opportunities to advance product development, prototype testing, regulatory certifications and manufacturing preparations.

According to Contardi, the transaction represents an opportunity to support the transition from product development towards commercial operations.

“For us, this opportunity is about more than simply becoming a public company,” he said.

“It’s about building the business, executing on our vision, and creating the resources necessary to move from development into commercialization.”

The companies did not disclose additional financial terms or specific funding commitments in the announcement.

Product Prototypes Targeted for Early 2027

PyX Wallets outlined several development milestones for the coming year, including functional prototypes for both smart wallet models.

The company also intends to advance its mobile and desktop applications, complete relevant security and regulatory certifications, and prepare for manufacturing.

Contardi indicated that prototype development is expected to progress in early 2027, with the longer-term objective of introducing commercial products.

“Our focus is to finish 2026 in a strong position and move into prototype development in early 2027,” he said.

Management aims to have products available commercially and gaining consumer adoption within approximately the next year, although no firm launch date has been announced.

Outlook for Global Entertainment Holdings

The PyX Wallets transaction represents a step in Global Entertainment Holdings’ efforts to establish new business operations following its corporate restoration.

The company’s near-term priorities will centre on advancing PyX Core and PyX Vault through prototype development, software integration, certification and manufacturing preparation.

Investors will be monitoring progress towards commercialisation, potential financing arrangements and the company’s ability to establish a market for its connected wallet products.
