Actelis Networks Shares Climb Following Breakthrough Deal with U.S. Telecom Carrier

Shares of Actelis Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ:ASNS) rose 3.1% after the company announced a pivotal order from a major U.S.-based telecommunications provider. The deal involves the deployment of Actelis’ GigaLine 800 and GigaLine 900 solutions to enhance internet access for multi-dwelling units (MDUs)—a key step in expanding the company’s presence in the North American broadband market.

This agreement marks Actelis’ first major engagement with a large-scale U.S. telecom carrier, highlighting growing recognition of its GigaLine technology. The company’s offerings enable high-speed broadband delivery to apartment buildings without requiring fiber installation within the structure, minimizing disruption and cost.

“This initial order from a major US carrier represents an important milestone in our MDU market strategy,” said Tuvia Barlev, Chairman and CEO of Actelis. “Telecommunications providers across North America face significant challenges in delivering high-speed connectivity to MDUs cost-effectively. Our GigaLine solutions address this challenge by providing an ultra-low-power way to enable carriers to extend fiber-grade service from the street or basement to individual apartments without the extensive construction and expense of new in-building fiber deployments.”

The order was made possible through Actelis’ collaboration with Netceed, a provider of telecom infrastructure solutions. The company believes this early success could pave the way for a broader rollout of GigaLine products across the carrier’s national footprint.

Actelis sees significant upside in the MDU segment, which encompasses roughly 23 million apartment buildings across the U.S. The GigaLine 900, in particular, is designed to run on less than 5 watts of power, positioning it as an energy-efficient and scalable solution for telecoms seeking to expand fiber-equivalent service quickly and affordably.

This latest deal represents a strategic step forward for Actelis as it continues to carve out a niche in the competitive broadband connectivity space.
