Ondas Holdings Shares Drop After $200 Million Stock Offering Pricing

Ondas Holdings (NASDAQ:ONDS) saw its shares decline 12.5% on Tuesday following the pricing of a $200 million underwritten common stock offering at $5.00 per share.

The autonomous aerial and ground robotics intelligence and private wireless solutions company said it plans to sell 40 million shares, with the offering price reflecting a discount to Monday’s closing price of $6.06.

Ondas intends to deploy the net proceeds to fund corporate development and strategic growth initiatives, including acquisitions, joint ventures, and other investments. The company also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 6 million shares.

The offering is expected to close on or around September 10, 2025, contingent upon the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.

Ondas Holdings operates via two divisions: Ondas Autonomous Systems (OAS) and Ondas Networks. The stock had ended Monday’s session at $6.06 prior to the offering announcement.
