Churchill Capital Corp X (NASDAQ:CCCX) reported a deal to acquire neutral atom–based quantum technology company Infleqtion. The deal, which reflects an equity value of $1.8bn, includes a $127mm PIPE led by Maverick Capital, Counterpoint Global (Morgan Stanley), and Glynn Capital. No timeline for closing was given.
Vine Hill Capital Investment Corp. (NASDAQ:VCIC) revealed a deal to acquire CoinShares. The European asset manager specializes in digital assets, delivering a range of financial services across investment management, trading and securities. The deal reflects an enterprise value of $921mm and includes a $50mm PIPE. No timeline for closing was given.
dMY Squared Technology Group, Inc. (AMEX:DMYY) announced it is to acquire Horizon Quantum Computing Pte. Ltd., a developer of advanced software tools bridging the gaps between quantum hardware and applications, in a deal that includes $503mm in stock consideration. It is expected to close in Q1 2026.
Pelican Acquisition Corp (NASDAQ:PELI) reported a deal to acquire Greenland Exploration Limited, a Texas-based entity which focuses on developing strategic positions in North American energy assets, and March GL Company, a privately-owned Texas corporation that is merging with Greenland Exploration. The deal includes $215mm in stock consideration. No timeline for closing was given.
Chain Bridge I (USOTC:CBRRF) announced it has signed an LOI with CommLoan, a commercial real estate lending technology company. The deal is anticipated to close during the first half of 2026.
Constellation Acquisition Corp I (USOTC:CSTAF) has signed an LOI with Jindalee Lithium Limited, an Australian company focused on developing the McDermitt Lithium Project, one of the largest lithium resources in the US. The deal is anticipated to close during the late half of 2026.
Aura FAT Projects Acquisition Corp reported it has terminated its business combination agreement with Allrites, citing passage of the deal’s 7/18/2025 outside date and prevailing market conditions.

Southport Acquisition Corporation (formerly PORT) closed its acquisition of Angel Studios on Wednesday September 10, 2025. Less than 1% of public shares remain. Ordinary shares are now trading on the NYSE as (NYSE:ANGX).
AlphaVest Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ:ATMV) shareholders voted through the company’s acquisition of AMC at a meeting Friday 5 September, 2025. Less than 1% of shares remain. The deal is expected to close in the coming weeks.
