In a regulatory filing, the company confirmed that Long Yi and Eloisa Sultan stepped down from their positions as directors effective September 17, 2025. The filing noted that both directors emphasized their resignations were “not the result of any disagreement with the company regarding its operations, policies, or practices.”
Professional Diversity Network added that its board is actively seeking and evaluating candidates to fill the vacancies created by these departures.
