Quantumsphere Acquisition Corp (NASDAQ:QUMS) announced a definitive deal to acquire SACH Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-based diversified company operating across gaming, technology, e-commerce, retail, and live entertainment. The transaction values SACH at $300 million, though no closing date was provided.
Horizon Space Acquisition I Corp. (NASDAQ:HSPO) and Squirrel Enlivened International mutually agreed to terminate their planned merger, with no termination fees owed by either party.
Starry Sea Acquisition Corp (NASDAQ:SSEA) signed a binding letter of intent (LOI) with Forever Young International Limited, a company providing management and support services to healthcare institutions in China. The proposed deal implies a pre-money equity valuation between $750 million and $900 million, with a definitive agreement expected in the near term.
