This deal reflects an equity value of $1.4bn and includes $1.1bn of committed capital in common stock from investors, including Ripple and SBI Holdings. The transaction close date is expected to be in Q1 2026.
Hennessy Capital Investment Corp. VII (NASDAQ:HVII) announced it is to acquire One Nuclear, an independent developer of large-scale energy solutions powered by natural gas and advanced nuclear small modular reactor technologies. The company’s intension is to raise a $15mm common stock PIPE in connection with the deal. This reflects an enterprise value of $1.1bn. The deal is expected to close H1 2026.
