Ford Motor Company (NYSE:F) has issued a recall for nearly 175,000 vehicles in the United States after discovering a potential issue with moonroof wind deflectors that may become detached while driving, according to a notice released by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) on Wednesday.
The recall covers multiple models across Ford’s lineup, including the Expedition and Lincoln Navigator SUVs, as well as certain F-Series pickup trucks. The automaker said it will notify owners and dealers will inspect and, if necessary, replace the affected parts at no cost.
