A Paradise Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ:APAD) has announced a deal to acquire sports competition and performance products company Enhanced Games. The deal reflects an enterprise value of $1.3bn, and includes a $40mm equity private placement in the form of a Simple Agreement for Future Equity (“SAFE”). The transaction’s close date is expected to be in H1 2026.
