Fusemachines shares skyrocket after announcing AI partnership with IBM-focused firm

Shares of Fusemachines Inc. (NASDAQ:FUSE) jumped more than 65% in premarket trading on Monday after the company revealed a strategic collaboration with ModulAIre, an IBM Platinum Partner, aimed at delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions within IBM-based technology environments.

Under the agreement, Fusemachines’ AI Studio platform will be incorporated into ModulAIre’s broader AI and data offering. The integration is designed to help enterprise customers more easily design, develop, deploy, and manage artificial intelligence applications while operating on IBM infrastructure. The partnership is intended to support organizations as they move beyond pilot projects toward fully governed, scalable, production-ready AI systems.

In its initial phase, the collaboration will concentrate on industry-specific use cases where ModulAIre has a strong track record implementing solutions on IBM platforms. Target areas include improving operational efficiency, enabling intelligent automation, delivering predictive analytics, and enhancing decision intelligence.
