Once Upon a Farm Jumps Again After NYSE Debut, Extending IPO Rally

Shares of Once Upon a Farm (NYSE:OFRM), the children’s organic food group co-founded by actor Jennifer Garner, climbed a further 17.3% in premarket trading on Monday to $24.70, building on momentum from its strong first day on the New York Stock Exchange.

The Berkeley, California-based company closed Friday up 17% at $21.05 after pricing its $198 million initial public offering at $18 per share, a performance that signaled renewed appetite for consumer-focused IPOs.

Based on the total shares outstanding disclosed in its prospectus, Once Upon a Farm’s market capitalization approached $850 million at Friday’s close.

The upbeat debut comes as sentiment toward consumer-oriented public offerings improves. Proceeds from U.S. IPOs are now expected to quadruple this year to a record $160 billion, according to market estimates.

Analysts say the resurgence in IPO activity has been supported by high-profile technology names such as SpaceX, OpenAI and Anthropic edging closer to potential listings, helping create a more constructive backdrop for companies like Once Upon a Farm to tap public markets.
