Arhaus (NASDAQ:ARHS) delivered record financial results for 2025 and announced a special cash dividend, underscoring strong operating performance and a solid balance sheet as the premium home furnishings retailer continues expanding its showroom network.
For the full year, net revenue rose 8.5% year over year to $1.379 billion, while gross margin increased to $536 million. Adjusted EBITDA climbed 8.9% to $145 million, although net income edged down 1.9% to $67 million. Growth was supported by continued operational momentum, including 13 showroom projects and mid-single-digit expansion in net store count. Comparable delivered sales increased 3.6%, while written sales advanced 1.3%.
Arhaus finished the year debt-free with $253 million in cash and strong operating cash flow generation. Reflecting this financial strength, the board approved a special cash dividend of $0.35 per share on February 17, 2026, payable on March 31, 2026, to shareholders of record as of March 18, 2026.
Looking ahead, management expressed confidence in ongoing growth, guiding 2026 net revenue to a range of $1.43 billion to $1.47 billion and adjusted EBITDA of up to $161 million. The company plans to undertake between 10 and 14 showroom projects during the year while maintaining ample liquidity to support expansion initiatives alongside shareholder returns.
