Decent Holding Inc. (NASDAQ:DXST), a wastewater treatment services provider that has recently expanded into the senior health and wellness market, announced that its subsidiary Suncare (Shanghai) Health Technology Co., Ltd. has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with a regional operator in China’s senior care sector.
The partnership follows last week’s launch of Suncare’s AI-powered digital health platform and is designed to integrate digital healthcare services and wellness programs into existing community networks. Through the agreement, Suncare expects to extend its presence to roughly 70 community service locations across multiple provinces in eastern and northern China.
Each of these locations generally serves residential communities ranging from about 30,000 to 100,000 residents, providing services such as preventive health consultations, lifestyle management, and support programs for aging populations. Company leadership sees the initiative as an early move toward expanding Suncare’s “online-to-offline” (O2O) model, combining digital tools with physical care services at the local level.
“Following the recent introduction of our Suncare platform, this collaboration represents an early but important milestone in building our community healthcare network,” said Mr. Dingxin Sun, Chairman of the Company. “By partnering with established local operators, we aim to efficiently deploy our digital health solutions and make preventive care more accessible to seniors.”
The company noted that China’s rapidly aging population is creating increasing demand for community-focused healthcare services.
