Auddia unveils distributed AI datacenter concept for autonomous vehicle networks

Auddia Inc. (NASDAQ:AUUD) has introduced its LT350 initiative, a new platform designed to support distributed AI datacenters tailored for autonomous vehicle ecosystems, the company said in a statement.

The LT350 system features solar-powered canopy structures intended to replace traditional gas station and convenience store canopies. Each installation houses modular components that include GPU computing units, high-bandwidth memory, battery storage systems and electric vehicle charging infrastructure.

According to the company, the platform enables autonomous vehicles to recharge while simultaneously transferring data, allowing for tasks such as data uploads and AI model updates during charging sessions. The LT350 platform is protected by 13 issued patents and three additional patents pending, covering its solar canopy datacenter infrastructure.

“Autonomous vehicles are the beginning of a world where mobility, logistics, and robotics all converge,” said Jeff Thramann, Founder of LT350. “If everything that moves will be autonomous, then everything that moves will need compute.”

The initiative comes after Nvidia announced a partnership with Uber to roll out 100,000 Level 4 robotaxis starting in 2027 across Los Angeles, San Francisco and 28 cities worldwide. Auddia said LT350 is currently in discussions with global gas station and convenience store chains about deploying the canopy-based datacenters throughout their networks.

Auddia operates an artificial intelligence platform focused on audio content and is the developer of the faidr audio application. The company said the LT350 initiative is part of its strategy to position itself within the expanding autonomous vehicle technology market.
