20/20 BioLabs, Inc. (NASDAQ:AIDX) announced it has signed an exclusive U.S. technology licensing and access agreement with ROKIT Healthcare Inc. (KOSDAQ), according to a company press release.
Under the arrangement, 20/20 BioLabs will incorporate ROKIT’s chronic kidney disease prediction algorithm into its 20/20 Longevity Platform. In return, ROKIT will reimburse one-third of the companies’ mutually agreed sales and marketing costs and receive a running royalty based on net sales of the integrated product.
The two companies also expect to negotiate a separate agreement that could grant ROKIT exclusive rights to commercialize 20/20’s longevity platform in South Korea and potentially other East Asian markets.
“This agreement is a strong validation of our platform strategy,” said Jonathan Cohen, President and CEO of 20/20 Biolabs. “We believe that combining advanced biomarker tracking with evidence based nutritional support will help improve therapeutic outcomes across multiple chronic disease areas.”
According to the company, more than 35 million Americans are affected by chronic kidney disease. The integration is intended to provide earlier insights and personalized risk assessments for both patients and healthcare providers.
20/20 BioLabs develops artificial intelligence-driven blood tests designed for the early detection and prevention of cancer and chronic diseases. The company markets two product lines under its OneTest brand: OneTest for Cancer and OneTest for Longevity, the latter launched in February 2026.
The partnership announcement comes as AIDX shares trade around $1.99, well below their 52-week high of $50. The company currently has a market capitalization of about $20.59 million and reported $2.04 million in revenue over the past twelve months, representing growth of roughly 32%, although it remains unprofitable.
ROKIT Healthcare is a regenerative medicine company focused on developing algorithms and medical solutions for chronic diseases and tissue repair. The firm also produces 3D bio-printed tissue patches used in treatments for burns, chronic kidney disease and heart failure.
