Vistance Networks (NASDAQ:VISN) said its board has approved a special cash distribution of $10.00 per share, according to a company announcement.
The payment will be made on April 27, 2026, to shareholders on record as of April 17, 2026.
The Richardson, Texas–based networking solutions company plans to finance the payout using available cash reserves, including proceeds generated from the sale of its Connectivity and Cable Solutions unit to Amphenol Corporation, a transaction completed on January 9, 2026.
Vistance said it opted to fund the distribution entirely with existing cash rather than issuing new debt, noting that current volatility in credit markets influenced the decision.
