Beyond Meat files delayed 2025 annual report, resolves Nasdaq compliance notice

Beyond Meat Inc. (NASDAQ:BYND) said it has submitted its Form 10-K annual report for fiscal year 2025 to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on April 9, 2026, according to a company statement.

Earlier, on April 6, 2026, the plant-based protein company received a notification from Nasdaq stating that it had not filed its annual report for the year ended December 31, 2025 within the required timeframe. The notice referenced Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1), which requires companies to submit periodic financial reports on time to maintain their exchange listing.

Companies that receive such notices are typically given 60 calendar days to present a compliance plan to Nasdaq. However, Beyond Meat said the filing of its Form 10-K removed the need to submit a formal plan.

The submission resolves the compliance matter that could have impacted the company’s continued listing on the Nasdaq Stock Market.

Beyond Meat produces plant-based protein products designed to mimic the taste and texture of traditional animal-based meat.
