Victoria’s Secret Shares Rise Ahead of Q2 Earnings Release

Victoria’s Secret & Co. (NYSE:VSCO) shares rose 4.4% in premarket trading ahead of the company’s second-quarter 2026 earnings release, scheduled before the market open, followed by a conference call at 8:30 a.m. ET.

Analysts expect Victoria’s Secret to report earnings of $0.75 per share on revenue of approximately $1.62 billion. The revenue estimate would represent growth of around 11% from the same period a year earlier, while forecast earnings would be more than double the prior-year figure.

The expectations follow Victoria’s Secret’s first-quarter results, when the company reported earnings of $0.60 per share on sales of $1.56 billion.

Telsey Advisory Raises Victoria’s Secret Price Target

Ahead of the second-quarter report, Telsey Advisory increased its price target on Victoria’s Secret shares to $100 from $90 while maintaining an Outperform rating.

The source material also noted that JPMorgan, Bank of America and Morgan Stanley had recently raised their respective price targets while maintaining positive ratings on the stock.

The analyst actions have followed the company’s implementation of its “Path to Potential” strategy under CEO Hillary Super.

The broader US equity market showed limited movement, with the S&P 500 broadly unchanged, the Dow Jones up approximately 0.1% and the Nasdaq marginally lower.
