InvestorsHub is expanding the research available to investors with updated Historical Price and Dividend pages, and the addition of Ownership and Insider Trading tabs, giving users more ways to investigate the companies they follow without moving between multiple platforms.
The updates are part of a broader expansion of company data and market intelligence across InvestorsHub — connecting research tools with the investor community already discussing those securities.

NEW Ownership: See Who Is Behind the Share Register
Understanding who owns a company can add another layer of context to investment research.
InvestorsHub’s new Ownership pages give investors greater visibility into a company’s shareholder base, helping them understand how ownership is distributed and identify significant institutional or other major holders.
That can be useful when assessing the structure behind a stock. A company with substantial institutional ownership may have a very different shareholder profile from one dominated by retail investors, while changes in major holdings can provide additional context alongside price movements, company announcements and other market activity.

NEW Insider Trading: See What Company Insiders Are Doing
While the Ownership tab tells you who owns the company. Insider Trading tells you what company insiders are doing with their shares.
InvestorsHub’s new Insider Trading tab gives investors greater visibility into reported transactions involving company insiders, helping them see when directors, executives and other insiders have bought or sold shares.
That information can be particularly useful when viewed alongside company announcements, financial results and changes in the share price. Insider buying may indicate that someone close to the business is increasing their personal exposure, while selling can occur for many different reasons and should not automatically be interpreted as a negative signal.
Looking at transaction history over time can also help investors identify broader patterns — such as multiple insiders buying around the same period, changes in insider holdings or significant transactions following major company developments.

Historical Prices: Understand How the Market Got Here
The updated Historical pages provide a deeper view of past trading activity, including open, high, low and closing prices alongside volume and other historical performance data.
For long-term investors, that can help show how a company has traded through different market and operating cycles. For more active investors, it can provide context around previous trading ranges, volatility and periods of unusually high volume.
Historical data can also be useful around major company events.
Following earnings, an acquisition or an operational milestone, investors can compare the immediate market reaction with the stock’s longer-term behaviour rather than viewing the latest move in isolation.
In short, it gives today’s price a reference point.

Dividends: There Is More to Income Than Yield
For income-focused investors, dividend yield is often one of the first figures considered.
InvestorsHub’s updated Dividend pages, found under the Financials tab, help investors look beyond the headline yield to examine annualised dividends, payment frequency, dividend growth and historical payment data.
That matters because similar yields can represent very different investment profiles.
A steadily growing dividend may indicate something quite different from a high yield driven primarily by a falling share price. Looking at payment history can also help investors assess consistency over time — particularly when considering income, capital preservation or total-return strategies.

More Research Tools Are Coming
The Historical and Dividend updates paired with the new Ownership and Insider Trading pages are part of a wider expansion of company research on InvestorsHub.
Coming next are Analyst Ratings & Forecasts and Peer Analysis — adding more context around what analysts expect and how a business compares with similar companies.
The aim is straightforward: bring more of the information investors use to research a company into the same place they already follow and discuss it.
