Artificial Intelligence Technology Solutions, Inc. (USOTC:AITX) has launched a new promotional campaign through its wholly owned subsidiary, Robotic Assistance Devices (RAD), aimed at attracting additional security service providers and remote monitoring companies to its SARA artificial intelligence platform.
The initiative, introduced on LinkedIn under the #OpenToWork theme, presents SARA as an AI security professional seeking additional assignments within the security industry.
The campaign includes a recorded, unscripted interview conducted by AITX Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technology Officer Steve Reinharz, demonstrating SARA’s conversational capabilities and potential applications in security operations.
SARA Platform Designed to Automate Security Response Workflows
SARA, short for Speaking Autonomous Responsive Agent, is RAD’s agentic AI platform developed to assess security incidents, coordinate responses and support monitoring personnel.
The technology operates across RAD’s security devices and compatible third-party monitoring platforms, including Immix.
Its capabilities include evaluating security events, communicating verbally, escalating alerts and initiating live video streams when required.
SARA also records incident information, communications and response actions, providing documentation for subsequent review and reporting.
According to RAD, the system is intended to improve operational efficiency while maintaining human oversight of security decisions.
The platform has received several Security Industry Association New Product Showcase awards, including the 2026 Commercial Monitoring Solutions award and two awards in 2025.
LinkedIn Campaign Highlights AI Security Capabilities
The #OpenToWork initiative uses a professional recruitment format to demonstrate how SARA could support existing security teams.
In the recorded interview, Reinharz asks the AI platform about continuous monitoring, incident assessment, communications, escalation procedures and documentation.
RAD said SARA’s responses were generated during the unscripted conversation, while AI-generated visuals were added for presentation purposes.
The company has also published a professional-style résumé for SARA on its website and LinkedIn, outlining the platform’s capabilities and potential applications.
“We’re so confident in SARA that we’re helping her find more work,” Reinharz said.
He added that the campaign is intended to encourage security organisations to consider how the technology could be incorporated into their operations.
RAD Considers Live Interviews with Security Industry Professionals
RAD is evaluating a possible extension of the campaign that would allow qualified security industry professionals to interview SARA directly.
Under the proposed arrangement, participants could conduct live, unscripted conversations with the AI platform to assess its capabilities and suitability for their organisations.
The company said technical feasibility, participation requirements and implementation timing remain under review.
Further details are expected once RAD completes its evaluation.
AITX Continues Expansion of AI Security Services
AITX develops AI-powered security and automation technologies through its subsidiaries, including RAD, which provides autonomous monitoring and response systems.
The company operates a Solutions-as-a-Service model designed to reduce reliance on traditional staffed security arrangements.
AITX states that its RAD solutions are designed to deliver cost savings of between 35% and 80% compared with conventional security and monitoring services, although actual savings may vary depending on deployment requirements.
Its technologies are used across commercial, government, transportation, critical infrastructure, education and healthcare environments.
The company has also completed a SOC 2 Type 2 examination covering specified security and data protection controls.
Outlook
The SARA #OpenToWork campaign represents a marketing initiative intended to increase awareness of RAD’s agentic AI security technology and generate interest among potential customers.
The company is positioning SARA as a tool for automating incident assessment, communications and response coordination while supporting human security personnel.
Although the campaign could create additional commercial opportunities, AITX has not disclosed any new customer contracts, revenue commitments or financial projections associated with the initiative.
The next developments will include potential customer engagement and RAD’s decision on whether to introduce live interviews with security industry professionals.
