Robo.ai Outlines Financing Policy and Revenue Outlook
In his shareholder letter, Zhai provided an update on the company’s financial performance and strategic priorities as Robo.ai continues developing its artificial intelligence and industrial technology businesses.
The company reported more than $280 million in revenue during the four-month period from June through September, while projecting approximately $600 million in revenue for the full year.
Robo.ai also stated that it does not intend to pursue new variable-price, equity-linked financing arrangements for a period following the shareholder letter.
Such agreements typically involve share issuance or conversion prices that fluctuate according to future market prices, potentially affecting existing shareholders through dilution.
The company emphasised that its financing policy does not alter obligations associated with previously announced agreements.

Neurovia AI develops systems designed to improve the efficiency of visual data processing across several industries.
Its target markets include public safety, transportation, energy and municipal services, where artificial intelligence can support the analysis and management of visual information.

ALIF Holding Advances Industrial Park Development
Robo.ai also reported progress at its industrial subsidiary, ALIF Holding, which began construction of the first phase of an industrial park in Umm Al Quwain on September 25.
The development is associated with several industrial projects, including the ALIF Maritec oil spill response system and ALIF Composites.
The industrial park forms part of ALIF Holding’s efforts to expand its manufacturing capabilities and prepare for future production activities.
Management intends to accelerate production readiness and customer development as these projects progress.
Management Focuses on Efficiency, Commercialisation and Production
Zhai identified three operational priorities for Robo.ai’s next phase of development.
The first involves improving delivery costs, cash collection and operating efficiency across existing businesses to strengthen financial performance.
The second focuses on advancing Neurovia AI’s product development and bringing its artificial intelligence solutions to commercial markets.
The third centres on accelerating ALIF Holding’s manufacturing readiness and expanding its customer base.
Together, these initiatives reflect Robo.ai’s strategy of combining operational improvements with the commercial expansion of its technology and industrial businesses.
The company’s progress will depend on its ability to convert development activities into revenue, improve cash collection and execute its manufacturing plans while working toward its $600 million annual revenue target.
