AirSculpt Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ:AIRS) reported an 8.7% decline in third-quarter revenue and reduced its full-year 2026 financial guidance, citing weaker-than-expected performance at its body contouring business.

For the first nine months of 2026, revenue decreased 3.5% to $114.2 million from $118.4 million in the previous year.

Same-store procedure volume fell 2.1% to 8,941 cases, while the net loss narrowed to $10.7 million from $13.0 million.

AirSculpt Lowers Full-Year Revenue and EBITDA Forecasts

Following the weaker third-quarter results, AirSculpt reduced its 2026 revenue guidance to between $144 million and $146 million, compared with its previous forecast of $151 million to $157 million.

The company also lowered its adjusted EBITDA outlook to between $9 million and $10 million, down from the earlier range of $12 million to $14 million.

Chief Executive Officer Yogi Jashnani acknowledged the disappointing quarterly performance but said management was taking steps to address the underlying issues.

“While our third quarter results were below expectations, we identified the key drivers and are addressing them with a sense of urgency,” Jashnani said.

He highlighted progress in expanding GLP-1-related procedures and said the company remained confident in its strategy for sustainable, profitable long-term growth.

AirSculpt ended September with $15.2 million in cash and cash equivalents, approximately $37.2 million in gross debt and $5.0 million of available revolving credit capacity.

During the third quarter, the company raised $7.2 million through its at-the-market share offering programme and repaid $7.0 million of debt.

On November 5, AirSculpt completed a refinancing agreement with Blue Torch Finance LLC and a syndicate of lenders, extending its debt maturity to November 2031.

The new financing comprises a $39.0 million senior secured term loan, fully funded at closing, and a revolving credit facility of up to $5.0 million, which remained undrawn.

Proceeds were used to repay the company’s previous credit facility and cover associated transaction expenses.

AirSculpt will discuss its financial performance and revised outlook during a conference call scheduled for November 6, 2026, at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time.
