Artificial Intelligence Technology Solutions, Inc. (USOTC:AITX) announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Robotic Assistance Devices (RAD), has received an order for a fourth ROAMEO autonomous security patrol vehicle from an existing global logistics customer.
The latest order follows the deployment of two ROAMEO units at the customer’s facilities, with a third installation currently underway. The fourth vehicle is expected to be deployed at another logistics centre before the end of 2026.
The additional order expands RAD’s relationship with the customer and reflects continued adoption of its autonomous security technology across multiple locations.
Repeat Order Supports Recurring Revenue Strategy
AITX said the expansion demonstrates the potential to increase business with existing enterprise customers as they extend autonomous security coverage to additional facilities.
“ROAMEO is earning more work from a customer that already has it on patrol,” said Steve Reinharz, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Technology Officer and founder of AITX and RAD.
Reinharz said the company sees opportunities to generate additional recurring monthly revenue and expand its annual recurring revenue base through wider adoption of its technology.
He identified ROAMEO, SARA and RAIA as the company’s three principal growth solutions, supported by its established ROSA, RIO and AVA product lines.
AITX is targeting increased contributions from these products as it works toward achieving positive cash flow.
Autonomous Patrol Technology Targets Logistics Facilities
ROAMEO is designed to provide autonomous security patrols across large industrial and logistics sites, including trailer parking areas, loading zones and perimeter fencing.
The vehicle follows mapped patrol routes, detects activity and uses onboard communication systems to interact with individuals when required.
According to AITX, the technology can reduce the need for routine manual patrols while allowing security personnel to concentrate on incidents requiring human intervention.
The company positions its autonomous security systems as a way for enterprise customers to manage security costs and maintain coverage across large facilities.
AITX Seeks Further Enterprise Expansion
The latest order adds to RAD’s existing deployments and supports AITX’s strategy of expanding its AI-powered security services within established customer accounts.
The company provides autonomous security and monitoring solutions to customers across logistics, transportation, government, critical infrastructure and other industries.
AITX said it continues to pursue additional enterprise deployments through its subscription-based security technology model, with recurring revenue growth and progress toward positive cash flow remaining key business objectives.
